We are a completely independent and locally owned business and have chosen to stay as such in order to maintain the highest quality of service. Our primary focus is right here in our local community and it is always our intention to provide the best yoga and care.

Studio classes at 8am and 4:30pm only this day. No 10am at the studio.

Ongoing Donation Sliding Scale classes on Saturdays at noon $5-15 cash or check.

Tuesdays at 8am are teacher led silent class. No first timers.

  • Having practiced Bikram Yoga in several different studios, I would rate Asheville near the top. The Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The instructors are all excellent. BYA also has that welcoming "hometown feel" that some studios lack. The new Studio is outstanding, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to practice Bikram Yoga.
  • This studio is more than just a class. I was welcomed as a new student, offered electrolyte packages and magic water. The students too are kind and supportive. Thank you for cultivating a nurturing environment.

The heat was intense, but afterwards I appreciated this which helped warm my muscles which in turn helped with flexibility. 90 minutes went by quickly and I am committed to return as soon as my schedule permits.
